这家米线怎么说呢。。真的开了二十多年了。很小的时候就跟着吃这家店。现在火爆到好多人开车来这边吃。跟阿姨聊天得知。。西安的警察吃完。说给阿姨找店铺。。让去西安卖。。味道确实不是吹的。地理位置。。宝桥菜市场餐饮区。需要早上早点去。。晚了就卖完了。每天都不够卖。。进来之后第二排。人好多的走过去就能见到。因为是小摊点。。没有什么雅座包间之类的。就是市场的餐饮桌凳。。一家商户门口就两张桌子。所以去的晚得等。。这家店卖的是米线。担担面。。麻辣粉。就这三样。。每天排队有时候买不到。她们家跟普通米线店不太一样。米线不是食用胶米线。。米浆米线。。底料除了普通的油泼辣子。花椒粉。。还有她们家秘制的鸡肉酱。每次吃米线非常喜欢吃。麻辣口味的鸡肉酱。。放上一些很提味。鸡肉香嫩。。米线入味。搭在一起真的是绝配。。不吃辣的同伴也不用怕。。三鲜的也有鸡肉酱。淡淡的鲜辣只会让米线更香浓。每次回去必吃N碗。。有的时候还打包。因为米线可以自己回家煮。调料单独一装。。回去开水把米线烫一下就可以出锅了。真心方便。。。现在就想着能抽真空就好了。太爱他们家味道了。
